1. Identifying the Master Admin (MA)
Determine who will manage the overall caseload and act as the primary administrator(s) for your organization.
2. Provide Master Admin (MA) Account
Once you’ve identified your Master Admin(s), we set them up with a Master Admin Account in Ner Chat.
3. Onboarding Session with the Master Admin
During this session, we will:
Add Therapist Accounts
The Master Admin will add therapist accounts within the Ner Chat system.
All that’s needed to create an account is each therapist’s email address.
Send Account Invitations
Once added, therapists receive account invitations via email.
Therapists should follow the link in the email to set up their Ner Chat password and complete the sign-up process.
4. Group Onboarding Session (Recorded)
A group meeting for all new users, including the MA and the therapists. In this session, we will cover:
A. Walkthrough on Adding Clients
Demonstrate how to input first and last names only when creating new client profiles.
Show both desktop and mobile workflows for adding clients.
B. Accessing Ner Chat on Coviu
In Coviu, go to the Apps section.
Select Ner Chat from the list of available apps.
Log in once and remain logged in for future sessions.
View your list of Communicators (or boards) and select the one you want to work with.
C. How to Use Ner Chat
Two-Way Mirroring: Both therapist and client can see the communication boards and interact in real time.
Modeling Mode: Therapist demonstrates correct communication or skill modeling.
Accessing AI: Use the AI features for suggestions or interactive content to facilitate teletherapy sessions.
5. Ongoing Usage for Therapists
Adding Students to Caseload
Each therapist adds their own students/clients via desktop or mobile.
Only the first and last name of each student/client is required.
Logging into Ner Chat (App Store Version)
Therapists use the Ner Chat app from their device’s app store (or the web, if preferred).
Access the Clients tab to modify boards, update profiles, or review session data.
